Studies of atmosphere and culture organisations appeared in the 60s. However, in the past, the studies consisted only in surveys about job satisfaction, a salary, formation and carrier satisfaction. What is more, they were only an internal matter of a company. In the last years companies tend to consider job satisfaction as one of the key factors to success. Considering today competition economy, only the complete workers’ identification with a company and its strategic goals, together with the comprehension and personal engagements of permanent changes (of a company and products) are the most efficient way to strengthen the position of the company on the market.
